The term, Glistening Light, is an unregistered trademark. The domain name http://glisteninglight.com hosts a web site that displays content under the name Glistening Light™ Photography. When Glistening Light™ is used in conjunction with photography and associated products, the entire name shall be called Glistening Light™ Photography. Any use of the name Glistening Light™ when used in reference to photography may be an infringment of copyrights whereas the name may be confused with the actual product or service offered at http://glisteninglight.com.

Content provided by Glistening Light™ Photography is copyrighted. This includes products and services, photos, and article content with indirect quotes. The use of any photo or content, except in section A, on this web site without permission is a violation of copyright as noted by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title II, Section 512(c) of the federal code for the United States of America.

Section A. - Permisson For Use

Permission may be granted, however, for an excerpt of the article to be used, but must also contain credit to the source Glistening Light™ Photography and a direct, reciprocal link back to the original content. The Reflections Gift Shop is a subsidiary of Glistening Light™ Photography. Reflections Gift Shop provides unique gifts created from the photo gallery at http://www.glisteninglight.com. The name Reflections Gift Shop is the official name, set up as an umbrella for all customized items. When using the term Reflections Gift Shop, it shall be in accordance to the specific shop set up at the Glistening Light™ web site and vendor spaces elsewhere. The use of the name Reflections Gift Shop shall not be used in any way that degrades the reputation of Glistening Light™ Photography and its' partners.

Reflections Gift Shop items are provided by a third-party fulfillment service called Zazzle. All orders taken online will be directed through this service. Affiliates wishing to promote Reflections Gift Shop items may do so freely at will. Reflections Gift Shop images of products may be used only in accordance to the terms set forth in this document and the Zazzle terms of service.

The deployment of any web site that bears the name Reflections Gift Shop and contains the customized gifts of Glistening Light Photography or any other design inventory that resembles Reflections Gift Shop and may confuse consumers is prohibited. Exemptions may qualify under Zazzle terms of service.
