Service Agreement & Privacy

Glistening Light™ Photography provides this service to the end user at no charge. It is the responsibility of the end user to verify that he/she remains in compliance with this agreement while utilizing the Glistening Light™ E-Cards service.

Terms Of Use

1. Glistening Light™ Photography provides no warrany express nor implied for the use of this service. Your use of this service will automatically subject you to opt-in to this agreement set forth.

2. Prohibited actions during the use of this service:

  • You will not engage in any illegal activity that willfully violates state or federal laws and international treaties.
  • The use of language and or gestures that defames the reputation of Glistening Light™ Photography is prohibited.
  • Unless otherwise authorized by Glistening Light™ Photography under commercial use license, you are not allowed to promote the sale of a product using the free Glistening Light™ E-Cards online service. This service is restricted to personal and non-profit use only.

3. The images located on this web site are copyrighted. You may download your completed e-card, but you may not alter the card image. Glistening Light™ Photography shall continue to hold all copyrights of  photos and e-cards used in this service.

4. Glistening Light™ Photography authorizes you to share this free e-card service as a URL on any personal or non-profit blog or web site.  However, you are not allowed to encapsulate this web site inside of an iframe or similar HTML property. The link must display the landing page leading to all banners and advertisements related to Glistening Light™ Photography.

Privacy Statement

1. Glistening Light™ Photography respects your privacy. We will not utilize any name or e-mail address for unsolicited e-mail marketing. Names and addresses are not stored on the Glistening Light™ Photography server. E-Mail addresses used while sending e-cards will not be used at any other time by the service unless expressly done so by the end user.

2. Glistening Light™ Photography is authorized under this agreement to collect and store web statistics, which may include your computer's IP address. This is standard with most web sites over the World Wide Web and generally used to combat service abuse.

3. The Glistening Light™ E-Cards service may show advertisements to the end user. These advertisements will not directly affect your choice of e-card and you will not be required to purchase any product in connection with the use of the Glistening Light™ E-Cards service.
