Photo Touring On The Ross Barnett Reservoir

The Ross Barnett Reservoir is quite an interesting place. Its 50 square miles of fresh water supplies water to the capital city of Jackson, MS. During the morning and evening hours, the reservoir can become an interesting place to shoot photos. Given that the sky is free of cloud cover, the reds, yellows and blues create an artistic scene. Sometimes, you are lucky to catch wildlife such as Canadian Geese who are visiting during the Northern Hemisphere's Winter months. On Monday, January 18th, 2010, I decided to get in the SUV and take a random trip 80 miles to the reservoir to see what I could come up with. Here are some of the results!
